How the Programme Works
12 weeks · Small cohort · Live mentorship
The programme runs over 12 weeks with a small, intentionally held cohort to ensure every participant receives individual attention.
This is business mentorship from a midwife who has been there, learned what works, and built a programme to fast-track your independent practice with confidence. You are not expected to have everything figured out at once, and you will not be pushed faster than is right for you.

Hi, I’m Linda,
I didn’t create this mentorship from theory - it’s built from lived experience.
I’m an independent midwife with decades of NHS and private practice behind me, and I’ve built a sustainable, values-led business from the ground up.
I know what it’s like to love midwifery deeply and still feel professionally constrained.
I also know how to step out of that properly - with structure, compliance, and integrity.
The Self Made Midwife Method exists because too many capable midwives are trying to navigate this transition alone.
I don’t teach shortcuts or sell hype.
I offer grounded guidance for midwives ready to build independent practice carefully and ethically.
